During this 4 day trip from Agadir to Marrakech, you'll have a chance to experience a camel ride in the Sahara desert of Erg Chebbi. Observe the stars and spend an unforgettable night in a luxury desert camp.

Our driver guide will meet you in Agadir, either at the airport or at your accommodation to start your 4 days desert tour from Agadir to Marrakech. From the sunny south west, you will be crossing the Anti Atlas Mountains and leaving the Atlantic Coast behind you. Some towns you will pass through have important artisanal and natural products; in Taliouine you will find the Saffron capital of Morocco and in Taznakht, some of the finest hand woven rugs that are typical of that region. You will then reach the Draa Valley that stretches all the way between Agdz and the distant sands of the Sahara. You will spend the night in the town of Agdz with dinner and breakfast.
Today after breakfast, we'll be starting our 4 days tour from Agadir to Marrakech via Sahara desert by travelling to the east across vast landscapes and villages full of kasbahs to reach Rissani; last outpost for desert people to do their shopping. The road turns south and you will start to see the red dunes as you enter the Sahara and in the small town of Merzouga, your camels will be waiting to meet you. Once prepared, you will embark on a Camel ride across the dunes to reach your desert camp where you will spend the night with dinner and breakfast. Local music will be played around a campfire and the stars will fill you with a sense of wonder as they appear all around you.
The thirth day of your 4 days Sahara tour from Agadir. One of the camp teams will wake you early so you can witness a desert sunrise; these can be quite spectacular and memorable experiences. After breakfast, you ride the camels back to meet your driver. Heading north, you leave the desert dunes behind and pass palm groves with hidden kasbahs, adobe villages and different landscapes until you reach Tinghir. Here you take a detour up to discover the 300 metre high gorge of Todra. Crystal clear waters split this mountain apart and created a beautiful oasis which is the playground of international rock climbers. Returning to the town you enter the Dades Valley and at Boumalne Dades town you take another detour, this time up into the Dades Gorge. Here you can wonder at nature's work; erosion has caused unusual rock formations known as the monkey fingers. Back down the valley and you will be passing through the Rose Valley; a fertile region where the pink Damascus roses are grown for their oils and aromas. The tour continues to Skoura; an extensive palm grove with many kasbahs and finally to the town of Ouarzazate where you will spend the night.
After breakfast, you can visit one of the major Kasbahs and perhaps the cinema studios. Ouarzazate is known as the Hollywood of Africa as the region has been used for many blockbuster films. Next, you will go to visit Ait Benhaddou; a fortress with vast landscapes surrounding it and the caravan route where salt was taken to Timbuktu. Here the movie The Gladiator was filmed as well as many others. From there you will cross the High Atlas Mountains over the pass at 2260 metres known as Tizi n´Tichka. This is the highest drivable pass in Morocco and from there you wind your way down, past Berber villages and fields where age-old traditions continue. In the late afternoon, you will reach the ancient medina of Marrakech. Drop you off at your accommodation and our 4 Days Agadir Desert tour wil come to an end.
