Your 2 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga will begin with picking you up from your riad in Marrakech.
You'll cross the Tizi N'Tichka pass (2260 m), which offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, before continuing on to Ait Ben Haddou to see the famous Kasbah, which was featured in several Hollywood movies including The Mummy, Gladiator, and others.
Following the visit, we continue to the Sahara desert via the Dades and Todra valleys, Tinjdad, Jorf, and Erfoud before arriving at the breathtaking Merzouga dunes, where your camels will be waiting for you.
After being greeted with a glass of mint tea, you'll prepare for a camel trek across the Erg Chebbi desert, enjoy a breathtaking desert sunset, and then ride your camel again to your camp in the Sahara desert for a sumptuous Moroccan dinner and under-the-stars entertainment by drums. You'll spend the night in a nomadic or Luxury tent.
If you want to see the sunrise from the top of the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, getting up early in the morning is advised. Following a camel ride, you will arrive at your hotel where you can take a shower and enjoy a sumptuous Berber breakfast.
